  • 1 lemon
  • 170 gram sugar
  • 10 gram vanilla sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 60 milliliter vegetable oil
  • 50 milliliter milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 gram flour
  • 10 gram baking powder

Instructions

Boil the lemon for 5 minutes. Cut, remove seeds. Add to a bowl: lemon, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, oil. Blend until smooth. Add flour and baking powder, mix. Pour into a mold. Bake at 160°C for 1 hour. Cool completely. Top with glaze (2 tbsp powdered sugar + 1 tbsp lemon juice).
