Place two slices of bread, butter-side down, in your heated skillet. 8. Cover each piece with cheese. 9. Allow to cook on medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown. 10. Place two fried eggs on top of each sandwich, followed by a slice of bread, butter-side up. 11. Flip the sandwiches and continue cooking for 3-5 minutes or until the other slice of bread is golden brown. 12. Cut in half and serve.
