Ingredients

Select all
  • 3 medium or 5 small apples
  • 2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon oil

Instructions

1. Using a mandoline slicer or knife, slice the apples into thin slices. Lay slice on parchment paper 2. Mix cinnamon and sugar until well combined 3. Spray the apple slices with oil and season with cinnamon sugar, repeat on other side 4. Place the apple slices in air fryer basket, stacking the sporadically. 5. Cook slices on 300 for 20 minutes, shacking the slices every 5 minutes. Once slices look dry, increase the temp to 325 and cook for 2 more minutes. 6. Remove the apple chips and lit sit for 5-10 minutes to allow for further drying.
