Delicious Forest crumble recipe. It is not hard to make but it needs some budget 🙂

Prepare the crumble mix: soften the butter with a fork.
Add the ground hazelnuts and flour; season then combine with a fork until the mixture has the consistency of coarse breadcrumbs. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Clean the mushrooms, slice and fry in a little olive oil until they lose their water. Cut the lardons into small pieces. Finely chop the garlic and add to the mushrooms together with the parsley and lardons.
Season. Divide the mixture between 6 ramekins, leave to cool, then cover with the crumble. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 °C (Gas Mark 6); serve immediately.
