Refusing bread or sweets for ever seems impossible, primarily psychologically. I know for myself, as soon as you forbid yourself something – write-gone, the counteraction force turns on. Immediately I want to and in triple volume.
The option “Do not need it today, wait for Saturday”, works great!
Cheese chips – the same recipe that you can allow yourself once a week;)
🔸 100 g of hard cheese (I cooked from parmesan)
🔸 1 tbsp. l flour
🔸 a pinch of dried Provence herbs
🔸 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add dried herbs, flour and mix everything.
Cover the baking sheet with silicone parchment, use a small pastry ring to spread the cheese crumbs in circles (about one tablespoon in each ring), sprinkle with salt, pepper and put in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Be sure to let it cool directly on the baking sheet.
Do not forget to put in the refrigerator a bottle of good wine!
