Home made taste Fresh Healthy Vegetarian Salad Recipe:

Ingredients⠀

🔸2 large tomatoes
🔸1 large bunch of greens – dill, parsley, green onions
🔸 2 cloves of young garlic
🔸 1/2 cans of dried tomatoes
🔸100-150 g of homemade cheese (you can take feta cheese or Adyghe)
🔸 freshly ground black pepper
🔸 sea salt (I use medium-sized)
Olive oil
🔸 1 tbsp. l balsamic vinegar (not cream)

How To:

Rinse greens, dry and chop finely. Finely chopped garlic, chopped dried tomatoes, ground black pepper, olive oil and balsamic are also sent there. Mix everything and leave for 5-7 minutes. Cut the tomatoes and cheese into arbitrary pieces, put in a plate, salt and put the “green dressing” on top. Shuffling is optional😉
